Once your artwork is complete, we’ll email you the proof so you can either approve or request changes. Be sure to provide the correct email address to ensure you receive your proof promptly.

If you approve the design, we’ll send it off to our workshop for production. Need tweaks? No worries – just let us know, and we’ll make it perfect for you!

How can I see my proofing?

For best results, take the photo in natural daylight (no flash!) and at eye level with your pet—because they deserve the spotlight!

How many revisions can I make?

You’re in charge! There’s no limit to the number of revisions you can request. We want your portrait to be purr-fect (or paw-some, if you prefer). We’ll work with you until it’s exactly as you envision.

What pets are allowed?

Any and all pets are welcome! Whether it’s a dog, cat, rabbit, horse, hamster, or even a goldfish—we’ll create a glowing masterpiece just for them.
